OrthoLift™ comes in three different lift heights, so you can choose how much elevation feels right for you:

• 0.5" insole lift – adds approximately 1.5" to total height when combined with an average 1" sneaker sole
• 1.0" insole lift – adds approximately 2" to total height with an average sneaker sole
• 1.5" insole lift – adds approximately 3" to total height with an average sneaker sole
